Traffic changes on Great Ormond Street

The street sign mounted on the fence of Great Ormond Street

Please note Great Ormond Street will become one-way later this week.

Cyclists will continue to be able to use the street in both directions and emergency ambulances will continue to be able to access Powis Place from Queen Square as well as Great Ormond Street as now.

The change is in preparation for the deconstruction and construction of our Children’s Cancer Centre. The main pedestrian access for Great Ormond Street Hospital is on Guilford Street, via the Morgan Stanley Building.
