There is some activity taking place this weekend as we get ready for the deconstruction of the frontage building.

On Saturday and Sunday 16 and 17 November 2024 during the day, a crane will be on Great Ormond Street to remove materials from the roof of the frontage building and to lift equipment on to the roof. Part of Great Ormond Street will be closed. Road diversions will be in place over the weekend and access to Powis Place is maintained for ambulances.

Thank you for your patience as we develop this important new facility which will make a difference to every child who comes to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
