GOSH statement in response to news of COVID-19 positive patients and staff

In response to reports in today's (2 April 2020) media about the number of COVID-19 positive staff and patients and COVID-19 related staff absences, a Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) spokesperson said:“We continue to monitor COVID-19 related staff absence carefully, which currently equates to six per cent of our workforce and are able to fully staff all of the services we have planned to run at this time.”
