Please tick this box to confirm that as a member of staff you are working on a 24-hour shift and are contractually eligible for an on-call room.

Please confirm as a member of staff you understand and agree to the terms of ownership of the key when you book. Even if your rota changes and you hand the key to a colleague, you as the booker are still responsible for the safe return of the key to Security after use. If the key is not returned after your booking ends without a valid reason we will be unable to give you access to future rooms. Day stay keys should be returned to Security no later than 13:00pm. Night stay keys should be returned to Security no later than 10:00am. Always sign the key back in with Security to evidence its safe return. Keys not required for a period longer than 48 hours will be considered lost and the individual who had last ownership of the key will be charged £50 for the locks to be changed and new keys issued.
