Conditions treated by the Neuropsychology department
The Neuropsychology team provides diagnostic assessments of children and adolescents with specific learning and/or behavioural difficulties that are associated with brain injury or disease.
For example:
- epilepsy
- Cerebrovascular disorders
- head injury
- demyelinating disorders
- solid brain tumours
- long-term outcome after cardiac arrest or cardio-respiratory treatment
- speech and language problems associated with genetic syndromes
- movement and co-ordination disorders
