Toilets and changing facilities with hoists and changing tables are available in the following locations:
The Lagoon
- Baby change with a safe working load of 15kg.
- Change table with a safe working load of 240kg. This is located in the baby change room.
Sight and Sound Centre, Ground floor
- Baby change with a safe working load of 11kg.
- Hoist with a loop attachment for a sling, with a safe working load of 200kg.
- Change table with a safe working load of 240kg.
VCB and Southwood Link Corridor, Level 2
- Baby change with a safe working load of 50lbs.
- Hoist with a loop attachment for a sling.
- Change table with a safe working load of 190kg.
Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine (RLHIM), Level 4
- Hoist with a loop attachment for a sling, with a safe working load of 130kg.
- Change table with a safe working load of 240kg.
VCB Physiotherapy Corridor, Level 2
- Baby change with a safe working load of 11kg.
- Hoist with a loop attachment for a sling, with a safe working load of 200kg.
- Change table with a safe working load of 200kg.
Zayed Centre for Research- Facilities located on ground and first floors in Falcon Outpatient Department
- Baby change with a safe working load of 11kg.
- Hoist with loop attachment for sling, a safe working load of 160kg.
- Change table with a safe working load of 200kg.
Please note:
- If you will need to use a hoist whilst visiting GOSH, please make sure to bring your sling with you. Slings are not readily available in our outpatient facilities due to infection control measures.
- These are the maximum loads stated, as per the manufacturer's guidance.
