Re-imaging Xray - Creative workshop

When: Tuesday 25 August, 10am to 2pm

What? We’re redesigning the radiology department – the space where people come for X-rays, ultrasounds and other types of imaging.

At this event we're working with an artist to create the design brief for the X-ray space. We'll be exploring through glow in the dark paint, cyanotype photography and more!

Who's this event for?

  • Young people (aged 4 to16) who have had at least one X-ray or ultrasound in GOSH’s radiology department.
  • Siblings and parents or carers of these young people.

Where? Secret location, next to Euston station

Young People's Forum @ London Zoo

When: Saturday 5 September, 10am to 4pm

Who is it for? GOSH patients and siblings, aged 10 to 21 years old.

What? Our Young People's Forum (YPF) is a group of current GOSH patients and siblings aged 10 to 21 years old who have a strong voice in helping to improve patient experience at GOSH.

In September, we'll be having a extra special YPF - we're heading to London Zoo to work on some very special projects.

What: Weekend Club is a volunteer-led service for children, young people and families at GOSH, providing a wide range of fun, engaging, and inclusive activities throughout the weekend. Sessions include games, sports, arts and crafts, gaming, soft play, toys, face painting, and much more.

Weekend Club

Who is it for: All GOSH patients & families

What: Weekend Club is a volunteer-led service for children, young people and families at GOSH, providing a wide range of fun, engaging, and inclusive activities throughout the weekend. Sessions include games, sports, arts and crafts, gaming, soft play, toys, face painting, and much more.

What's coming up?

Society of Siblings

When: Saturday 28 November

Who is it for? GOSH brothers and sisters, aged 7 to 21 years old.

What? A chance to have fun, meet other siblings who understand what it's like to have a brother or sister at GOSH, and help us think about how we can make GOSH better for siblings.

The day will include activities, games, lunch, and opportunities to meet other siblings in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.

GOSH Nativity

We're co-producing a nativity play, with patients, families and staff to celebrate the festive season in a meaningful and inclusive way. 

This project will focus on storytelling, reflection and togetherness.

GOSH Pantomime - Peter Pan

In February 2027, GOSH has a BIG birthday- we're turning 175 years old! 

To celebrate, we're coproducing our very own pantomime- a very GOSH Peter Pan, celebrating our history and the people who make up GOSH today!

Together, we’ll build a performance full of personality, ideas and imagination from our GOSH community.

The Snow Ball

When: Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 December 2026

Who is it for? GOSH patients and families

What? A magical celebration for patients and their families. Join us for festive fun, entertainment, activities and plenty of sparkle.

Location: Royal National Hotel (about a 5-minute walk from GOSH)

Futures Festival

When: Sunday 7 February 2027

Who is it for? Current and former GOSH patients and their siblings, aged 13–18 years

What? Explore future career paths, meet professionals from a range of industries, hear real-world insights, take part in interactive workshops, develop new skills, and gain practical tips for CV writing and interviews.
