Jasveer Mangat
Dr Jasveer Mangat is a Paediatric Cardiologist. He has worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) for three years.
Dr Mangat works within the Paediatric Cardiology team, diagnosing and managing patients with congenital, inherited and acquired heart disease.
Specialisms
Dr Mangat's area of specialist expertise is electrophysiology. This includes carrying out ablation procedures and implanting pacemakers and ICDs.
Qualifications
Dr Mangat gained his medical degree from Liverpool University and his postgraduate training has been split between Liverpool and London.
This included a fellowship in electrophysiology. He is a member of the Royal College or Paediatrics and Child Health.
Research Interests
Dr Mangat’s main clinical and research interests include:
- Improving outcomes from cardiac ablation therapies and pacing procedures.
- Improving quality of life for patients living with arrhythmia.
