GOSH appoints Caroline Anderson as new Director of HR&OD

Prior to her role at HM Land Registry, Caroline led the HR&OD function for the London Borough of Hackney and the workforce development for the London Borough of Greenwich. She has also held a number of senior managerial posts in the electricity industry.

Matthew Shaw, Chief Executive of GOSH, said: “It’s really fantastic to have someone of Caroline’s calibre joining our team. She has such a diverse range of leadership experience and will bring a huge amount of energy and passion to the organisation. I am in no doubt that Caroline will have a huge impact and help make GOSH an even more exciting place to work.”

Caroline said: “I am absolutely thrilled to join an organisation so grounded in its values. I am a committed public servant who believes passionately in public service for public good. It is a privilege to be joining GOSH which does so much good for so many people.”

Caroline will take up her post on 18 March 2019.
