Ward Based Roles

We have a number of volunteer roles that are based in wards and work directly with patients and their families. These roles are allocated to experienced volunteers who have completed their probation period and have the right skills and understanding of the expected activities.

All ward based volunteer roles also require additional training and preparation, but please note, these roles do not allow any clinical interaction and you will not be able to shadow any clinical staff.
