Research Molecular MRD Screen (non-ALL)

Haematology - SIHMDS

New diagnosis/relapse haematological malignancy (non-ALL) to develop a molecular MRD assay for future monitoring. Patient must have been sent for Whole Genome Sequencing at diagnosis/relapse

5mL Bone Marrow Aspirate (ACD-A/EDTA), or Bone Marrow Trephine (Saline-Sterile container), or 5mL Peripheral Blood (ACD-A/EDTA), or any body fluid/tissue biopsy with >20% blasts by flow (Saline-Sterile universal), or DNA (1000ng) from specimen types matching above criteria

Must be prior arranged with SIHMDS-Haem laboratory (0207 405 9200 x5400). Samples should be sent at room temperature and arrive at GOSH within 72 hours of collection
