Molecular MRD Follow Up

Haematology - SIHMDS

Disease monitoring for ALL/lymphoma patients

5mL Bone Marrow Aspirate (ACD-A/EDTA), or DNA (1000ng) from specimen types matching above criteria; any other specimen type- please liaise with Consultant Clinical Scientist

If patient has not been seen at GOSH before please prior arrange with SIHMDS-Haem laboratory before sending samples. (0207 405 9200 x5400) Please follow collection requirements as applicable to individual patient trial guidelines. If patient is not on trial, or sample is diagnostic: 9mL ACD-A tube will be sufficient for flow cytometry, MRD and cell storage. If patient is leukopenic additional volume may be required. Internal GOSH patients will have any excess sample biobanked at GOSH. Samples should be sent at room temperature and arrive at GOSH within 72 hours of collection
