Asking for a second opinion is not a legal right, but most health professionals will be happy to refer you if appropriate. If you would like a second opinion after seeing the audiology team, please discuss this with your appointed audiologist on the day.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

Our Patient advice and liaison service (PALS) offers confidential advice, support, and information on health-related matters. It provides a point of contact for parents, their family and their carers.
