Medical Student Ambassadors
Each year, GOSH welcomes a select group of medical students from across the UK and around the world to join our Medical Student Ambassador (MSA) Programme.
This unique initiative is designed for students passionate about paediatrics and offers opportunities to learn, lead, and connect.
As an MSA, you will:
- Take part in a year-long teaching and coaching programme led by experienced clinicians and paediatric specialists.
- Work collaboratively on a team-based project, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, innovation, and teamwork.
- Present your work at major educational events, such as GOSH Summer School and other conferences.
- Network with like-minded peers and promote paediatrics within your university community.
- Develop a deeper understanding of paediatrics as a career through your link with GOSH.
Why Join?
- Boost your portfolio for specialty training.
- Gain unique insights into paediatric medicine.
- Be part of a supportive community of future paediatricians.
At the end of the year, we celebrate your achievements at a dedicated event, with prizes and recognition for outstanding contributions.
Applications are currently closed but will reopen for the MSA 2027 intake in Summer 2026.
