This half-day interactive course is designed for new supervisors and introduces the key concepts of educational supervision. It will enable delegates to gain an understanding of the valve in providing high-quality educational supervision, as well as a framework for how to manage challenging situations in that role.
This course is one of several that will help you meet the standards set down by the GMC for the role of an Educational Supervisor, covering domains one to seven.
Who should attend
This course is aimed at newly qualified Educational Supervisors who have never attended this course before, and senior level registrars.
