Preceptorship in Practice
This module aims to provide newly qualified practitioners with an opportunity to reinforce their knowledge and reflect on their transition from student to professional practitioner.
Overview
This module aims to reinforce the professional values of newly registered practitioners to enable them to become confident and competent practitioners in practice. It will also provide tools to allow the learners to become reflective practitioners where they can manage potential future challenges, to allow for a smoother transition from a newly qualified practitioner to professional practitioner. They will follow the Preceptorship Framework whilst receiving support and teaching around key academic skills for post graduate study.
