Referral to the Sleep Unit

This page includes information about how to refer a patient to the Respiratory Sleep Unit at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust (GOSH) provides a paediatric respiratory sleep service for providers commissioned by the North Central London Integrated Care Board (ICB).

Key Criteria (all must be met)

External Referrals

The referrals must contain sufficient patient information or reason for request to allow the service to determine if the referral criteria have been met and for the correct allocation of resources to be determined.
