Seasons of the Mouth

Always Forward was a collaboration between GOSH Arts and the Sustainability team aiming to explore ways we can reduce the impact that the Trust has on our environment and to bring nature into our hospital. We commissioned artists to deliver 3 distinct projects working directly with our children and young people, those most adversely effected by the climate crisis.

Artist Youngsook Choi worked with catering staff, as well as with children and young people on wards and in outpatients to explore how you could eat more seasonably both inside and outside the hospital.
