Emilie Hupin

Emilie Hupin - Neurodisability
Emilie is a Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist who currently works within the Neurodisability team at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Emilie graduated from King’s College London in 2002 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She worked at London teaching hospitals Central Middlesex and University College Hospitals, looking after both adult and paediatric patients, before joining GOSH in 2008.

Emilie has worked as a rotational physiotherapist within numerous paediatric specialities at GOSH, such as Cardiac Intensive Care, Orthopaedics, Acute Neurology and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She joined the Wolfson Neurodisability Service in October 2012 where she works within the Movement Disorder Service and is a lead physiotherapist for the Highly Specialised Service for Children with Osteogenesis Imperfecta.

Specialisms

Emilie has developed a special interest in the physiotherapy management of children and young people with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, including rehabilitation, orthotic management and hydrotherapy.
