Foundation Trust

Great Ormond Street Hospital is a membership organisation called a Foundation Trust. Our members include patients and their families and carers, the general public and staff.

They are involved in all sorts of activities, such as taking part in online surveys and joining discussions on how hospital services could be developed.

Shape our future services

Our members choose their level of involvement from receiving the Trust's newsletter, Member Matters, to voting in the Members' Council election. One way you can get involved is to take a moment to complete this short Annual Plan survey.

What you tell us will make a real difference to our services and the children and families who use them. The survey will remain open until 1 March 2016 and we aim to publish the results in mid-March.

Some members choose to become more involved and run for election to the Members' Council. The results of the 2015 election are available to , and view in full.
