The Organisation and Employee Development (OED) team plan, design and develop programmes which will enable the organisation to meet its strategic goals. This includes the introduction of flexible development programmes tailored to individuals’ career paths and instilling new collaborative ways of working and key digital skills.
As a team we support the Trust by building capacity, capability and skills within our workforce. As well as supporting GOSH in its culture change journey. Our remit includes:
- Leadership and management development
- Staff engagement and culture change
- Learning and development – design and delivery including: statutory management training and e-learning, team development, coaching and mentoring
- We work in collaboration with our colleagues in the GOSH Learning Academy to provide multidisciplinary workforce development
