The art collection at Great Ormond Street Hospital comprises of more than 300 artworks. Over the years GOSH has championed the role of art in hospitals and the collection is an important part of the GOSH Arts programme.
Here is a small selection of artworks responding to this years biophilia theme for the GOSH Arts programme. Biophilia means ‘love of life’ and refers to the human affinity for living things and the natural world.
This video is accompanied by a specially commissioned soundtrack by harpist Mark Levin. Mark provides live harp music sessions for families in hospital and healthcare facilities across London and the South East.
