Clare Twomey is a British artist who works with clay in large-scale installations, sculpture and site-specific works. She often collects everyday objects – such as butter dishes, teacups and spoons - and casts them into walls to create extraordinary installations.

For ‘Home’ Clare cast more than 2,200 children’s toys and household items from different cultures and periods for the entrance atrium of the Octav Botnar Wing.

Clare Twomey has exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum, Tate, Crafts Council, Museum of Modern Art Kyoto Japan, the Eden Project and the Royal Academy of Arts.
