This free full day event aimed at early and mid-career researchers with either a clinical or non-clinical background will take you a journey from Failure and Beyond as you navigate your career in the Translational Research field.

Starting with ADAPT to Thrive, senior researchers will share their experiences on how they failed and lived to tell the story. Following this, we have interactive workshops developing creativity and skills to deal with failures. The afternoon will be focused on arming you with the practical tools required to overcome barriers and failure in translational research.
