Lampros Lamprogiannis

Lampros is a Paediatric Ophthalmology Fellow. He has been training in Paediatric Ophthalmology for the last 4 years and he has been working in GOSH since 2019.


Lampros aims to improve his skills in Paediatric Ophthalmology and to increase his surgical experience, gaining exposure to a variety of unusual and rare conditions that are commonly dealt with in GOSH.


Lampros completed his undergraduate studies in Medicine in Greece. He has completed his specialty training and he holds an MSc in Nanobiotechnology. He has recently been awarded a PhD from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Research Interests

His main research interests include education, audit processes and intraocular drug delivery.
