Bahee Van de Bor is a Specialist Dietitian at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Ms Van de Bor enjoys the challenges of working with children with rare disorders. She is passionate about helping families and making a difference through dietetic management.
Her areas of expertise and specialism include neurology, nephrology and metabolic medicine. Bahee is also interested in food allergies.
Qualifications and training
Ms Van de Bor holds PGDipDiet and BCAPSc qualifications. As well as being a member of the British Dietetics Association, she was awarded a grant from Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity in 2011 in order to conduct research (Relationship of hypervitaminosis A with hypercalcaemia in progressing stages of CKD in children). The findings of this study have been accepted for publication in a nephrology journal in 2014.

Ms Van de Bor is the author of a renal cookbook for patients on haemodialysis, completed at Middlemore Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand, titled The Ultimate Renal Cookbook with Amanaki. She has also spoken at a variety of conferences locally and internationally.
