Dr Felice D’Arco was appointed to Great Ormond Street Hospital as a Consultant Paediatric Neuroradiologist in 2015.

Specialisms

Dr D’Arco specialises in paediatric neuroradiology, and has special interests in:

  • Inner ear malformations
  • Paediatric head and neck radiology 
  • Paediatric brain tumours
  • Epilepsy

Qualifications

Dr. D’Arco completed his undergraduate medical training and radiology training at the University "Federico II" of Naples, Italy. He completed one year internship at the University Hospital of Leuven, Belgium, deepening his knowledge in advanced magnetic resonance techniques, and he completed a "head & neck imaging" internship at the University Hospital "Spitali Civili" in Brescia, Italy.

Dr D’Arco completed a fellowship in paediatric neuroradiology at The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada in 2015.

Dr D’Arco is a member of the editorial board of Neuroradiology, official journal of the European society of neuroradiology (ESNR), and Child's Nervous System, official journal of the European society of paediatric neurosurgery.

He is a member of the head and neck subcommittee of the European society of neuroradiology (ESNR) and teacher of neuroradiology for the European course of paediatric neuroradiology and European course of Head and Neck radiology.

He has co-authored over 110 peer-reviewed scientific publications in international journals and 5 book chapters.

He also manages a YouTube channel focused on paediatric neuroradiology teaching for residents and fellows.
