Conditions treated by the Cleft Lip and Palate Service
The Cleft Lip and Palate Service are responsible for treating children and adults with conditions relating to clefts of the lip and palate.Conditions we treat include:
unilateral cleft lip and palate
bilateral cleft lip and palate
isolated cleft lip
isolated cleft palate
submucous cleft palate
velopharangeal incompetence
We also run a special clinic for velocardiofacial syndrome (also known as 22q11 deletion and Di George syndrome)
