Outpatient referrals

Complex care clinic

Referrals should be made in writing to the General Paediatric Consultant. The letter should include a comprehensive summary of the patient’s medical problems and the reason for referral. All letters should be sent to Pamela Senger, the team's PA.

22q11 Deletion Syndrome clinic

Referrals should be made in writing to Dr Michelle Mary McEvoy. The letter should include a comprehensive summary of the patient's medical problems and a copy of the patient's genetic results. All letters should be sent to Bonnie Parker, the team administrator.

General Paediatric Cleft clinic

Referrals are accepted from the Cleft MDT team only and should be sent to Dr Michelle Mary McEvoy. All letters should be sent to Bonnie Parker, the team administrator.

Musculoskeletal pain clinic

Referral is via the Paediatric Rheumatology service.

Psychological medicine clinic

Referrals should be made to Dr Lee Hudson. All letters should be sent to Janet Bentham, the team administrator: Janet.bentham@gosh.nhs.uk
