Young Visitors Programme
We offer a Young Visitors Programme at GOSH for those aged 16 to 17 who are in full time education to observe in a clinical setting. The programme runs throughout the year and is subject to availability. However, the programme is now closed for 2016 due to the high volume of applications already received. If you are interested in applying for a place in 2017, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request an application form. Before applying, please ensure that you read the further information document.
If you are over the age of 18 and wish to observe within GOSH you will need to enquire with the department you wish to visit directly. If the department are able to offer you a placement, please email email@example.com and request an application form with the details of your placement including the GOSH Line Manager who is offering the placement. Please note that there is a fee to process your contract and at least 6 weeks’ notice is required.
If you are a medical student and wish to carry out an elective placement or observership with GOSH please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an application form. A member of the team will then contact the division which you would like to visit to organise a placement for you. For more information please go to the Medical Students page.
