Some mental health conditions can be treated with medication, such as antidepressants or sedatives.

Anger management

Anger management is used to help people to regain control over their temper, using talking treatments or teaching practical skills.

Family therapy involves working both with individuals and the people who are important to them.

EMDR therapy helps people deal with troubling memories of difficult experiences that they may have had in the past.
