Research in lab

NIHR Great Ormond Street Hospital Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) has provided important infrastructure funding for research at the Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health (ICH) and Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), since we were first awarded BRC-status in 2007. This research infrastructure contributes to all research that goes on at the ICH and GOSH, and it is very important that it is acknowledged in all our publications, including conference and meeting abstracts.

Please remember to acknowledge the BRC on your publications, using one of the following statements, whichever is more applicable.

“All research at Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health is made possible by the NIHR Great Ormond Street Hospital Biomedical Research Centre. The views expressed are those of the author(s) and not necessarily those of the NHS, the NIHR or the Department of Health.“

“This work is (partly) funded by the NIHR GOSH BRC. The views expressed are those of the author(s) and not necessarily those of the NHS, the NIHR or the Department of Health.“

“This work is supported by the NIHR GOSH BRC. The views expressed are those of the author(s) and not necessarily those of the NHS, the NIHR or the Department of Health.“
