The Orthopaedic and Spinal Surgery Unit at Great Ormond Street Hospital acts as a tertiary referral centre for unusual or difficult elective paediatric orthopaedic conditions.

- Limb lengthening and limb deformity reconstruction
- A dedicated service forPonseti treatment of clubfoot
- Surgery of the feet
- Surgery of upper limb problems (we work with hand surgeons where needed)
