Patient celebrates 25 years of living with transplanted heart and lungs

Tineke Dixon celebrated the 25th anniversary of her heart-and-lung transplant by revisiting the hospital which carried out the procedure in 1988. 

The hospital arranged for Tineke to meet with some of the original transplant team
