Martin Kostolny

Martin Kostolny, Head of Clinical Service for Cardiothoracic.
Mr Martin Kostolny trained at the Heart Centre in Bratislava, Slovakia under Prof. Hraska and at the German Heart Centre Munich, Germany under Prof. Lange. In 2003 he spent a year as senior registrar at GOSH with Prof. deLeval,  Prof. Tsang and Prof. Elliott.

He has been working as a consultant surgeon at Great Ormond Street Hospital since 2006 and is the Head of Clinical Service for Cardiothoracic.

He performs more than 200 operations a year across the whole spectrum of congenital heart surgery and has been operating on regular basis abroad and is also providing support for congenital surgical programs in the UK. 

He regularly lectures at international meetings and has co-authored more than 60 publications.
