Busulfan

Busulfan is a chemotherapy medicine used before bone marrow transplant or high dose therapy with stem cell rescue to help treat certain types of cancer and metabolic conditions.

Ciclosporin

Ciclosporin is a medicine that is used to treat many different conditions. It is commonly used to prevent rejection of organs such as kidneys after a transplant, and it is used both before and after bone marrow transplants.

Cyclophosphamide

Cyclophosphamide is a chemotherapy medicine used to treat certain types of cancer and leukaemia. It is also given to children before and after transplants and to treat some inflammatory conditions.
