Adolescent medicine information for health professionals

Welcome to the health professionals section of the Adolescent Medicine Department at Great Ormond Street Hospital. 

The Adolescent Medicine department comprises a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Adolescent Health who provides advice for inpatients and outpatients through internal referral. 

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis service

The Great Ormond Street Hospital Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME) service merged with the University College London Hospital Service on 1 January 2016.

The new service, the Treatment and Rehabilitation for Adolescents with Complex Conditions Service (TRACCS) will provide the assessment and treatment for adolescents and younger children with CFS/ME.
