How I coped with an MRI scan by Jonah, 6

I have always been asleep for my MRI scans but now I am six.

One day in the middle of school a lady came to my classroom for me. I got all my things and Dad brought me home. We had lunch then drove to London. When we got to the hospital, I was scared.

A man led us to the MRI scanner. I had to lie really still.

It was so easy because I got to watch Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone!

Then l could not stay still because I needed a wee! Dad took me to the toilet and then I had an injection and stayed really still for the rest of the scan.

When I was done, the lady gave me a present. We left the hospital and drove home.
